Products
We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products accurately.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and the materials used in the garment.
Sizing may also vary between different garment manufacturers. Customers should check the relevant size information before ordering.
Personalised & Bespoke Products
Customers are responsible for checking all information supplied for personalised orders, including:
● Names and wording
● Spelling
● Logo and artwork
● Colours
● Sizes
● Garment choices
● Print or embroidery requirements
Where we provide an artwork proof for approval, you are responsible for checking it carefully before approving production.
Once a personalised or bespoke product has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Personalised or made-to-order goods are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights.
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described.
Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website will clearly state the price payable and applicable charges.
Delivery costs, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
An order is not accepted until we have confirmed it.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:

● Payment has not been authorised
● There has been an obvious pricing or product-description error
● We cannot reasonably fulfil a requested customisation
● The order appears fraudulent or unlawful
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout or otherwise communicated when ordering.
Personalised and embroidered products may require additional production time.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible non-personalised goods are covered by our 28-day returns policy, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Personalised, printed, embroidered, bespoke or made-to-order goods cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Products
Products supplied by UGP Apparel must meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.
If you believe an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us.
Intellectual Property & Customer Artwork
UGP Apparel branding, website content, graphics and original designs must not be reproduced without permission.
Where you provide a logo, image, design, trademark or other artwork for us to reproduce, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or rights to use that material.
You must not ask us to reproduce material that unlawfully infringes another person’s intellectual property rights.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
